Jill Silos

Jill Silos, Ph.D. is associate professor of history and political science at Massachusetts Bay Community College, where she specializes in political theory, civil rights and civil liberties, and Nazi Germany and the Holocaust. She has written for The Chronicle of Higher Education, Teaching Tolerance, The Century Foundation, The African American National Biography, HBCU Lifestyle, ThoughtCo, and others. She was a 2019-2020 Fellow at the W.E.B.Du Bois Center at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is currently completing a book on freedom of assembly in the 1960s for the University of New Mexico Press.
