Whether you avoid it or embrace it, one day you will likely find yourself delivering a message to an audience, seeking their approval or financial support. If it’s not something you love, this will likely be somewhat traumatic. My hands sweat and I have a hard time silencing my inner critic as I stumble through my talking points.
People who are good at this, however, make it look oh so easy. But take heart. They probably weren’t always this polished and there’s actually a lot to be learned just by watching them.
