Let’s be honest. Not everyone is the Thanksgiving turkey making type. It’s a lot of work to prepare, takes a significant amount of time to cook and some pretty mad skills to carve it without the end result looking like a massacre. Not to mention, once consumed, you enter a state of sleepy deliriousness that makes any task seem impossible, except for maybe knocking down another glass of spiked spiced apple cider and a slice of pie.
If you’re unsure about makin’ a Thanksgiving turkey this year, we’ve found an alternative. It takes just a few minutes (to prepare, devour and clean-up!) and you can still honor the turkey on Turkey Day. (This recipe tends to go over particularly well with less classy friends/guests).
